Our 2023-24 partnership with the British Heart Foundation has raised more than £20,000 for the charity.
We were proud to announce the BHF as this season’s charity partner in honour of our late chief executive, Jason Turner, who was one of their passionate supporters - and we’d like to say a huge thank you to our fans for helping raise such a magnificent total.
A BHF spokesperson said: “The money raised by Notts County could support a PhD student for a year on their path to becoming a world-class scientist.
“The BHF currently funds around 288 basic science PhD students, including a number at the QMC in Nottingham.
“We can’t thank the team, staff and supporters enough for their generosity over the season.
“Together, we have the power to find treatments and cures that could make the difference to families everywhere.”
